Influence of aluminum doping in Li-Co-Ti ferrite

► Low aluminum doped lithium cobalt titanium ferrite Li0.5Co0.2Ti0.2AlxFe2.1−xO4(0.0≤x≤0.5), a single phase with spinel structure. ► The lattice parameters linearly decreased and the particle size of the samples decreased as the doped content increased. ► Increase in aluminum content led to decrease in saturation magnetization, while the coercivity reduced somewhat and then increased.
