Effects of synthesis variables on the magnetic properties of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles

► CoFe2O4 have been synthesized via chemical synthesis route using PEG as surfactant. ► Influence of various synthesis variables on the magnetic properties has been studied. ► Magnetic properties of nanoparticles show strong dependence on the particle size. ► Magnetic properties increase with pH and annealing temperature.
