Interfacial roughness and temperature effects on exchange bias properties in coupled ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayers

► We model the interface roughness and temperature effects on the exchange bias properties. ► Exchange bias field is larger for a checkerboard interface than for a flat one. ► Exchange field versus temperature is roughly constant for the flat interface. ► Decrease is observed for the checkerboard interface as the temperature increases.
