Tunneling conductance of a two-dimensional electron gas with Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling

► DSOC energy can be directly measured from tunneling conductance spectrum. ► Spin polarization of conductance in the propagation direction can be obtained by injecting from DSOC system. ► Both types of scattering can increase spin polarization.
