Reentrant spin glass behavior and large initial permeability of Co0.5−xMnxZn0.5Fe2O4

► Mn substitution in Co-Zn ferrites enhanced microstructures and μi/. ► Average grain size and μi/ enhanced more than two times compared to parent sample. ► Substituted samples showed reentrant spin glass behavior.
