A feasible approach to achieve acoustic carpet cloak in air

► An acoustic carpet cloak with anisotropic homogeneous parameter is designed in air. ► We simulate good performance of the cloak which is made of steel/air composites. ► This device is effective under a wide frequency range. ► We have found a way to adjust effect material parameters of an idea carpet cloak.
