Van der Pauw method on a sample with an isolated hole

► Strict results for the van der Pauw geometry and a sample with an isolated hole are presented. ► The expression for correlation between resistivities was derived, analogous to that one known for samples without an isolated hole. ► The derived formulas are confirmed by experimental results.
