Bloch oscillations of quasispin polaritons in a magneto-optically controlled atomic ensemble

► We study the wave-particle dualism of quasiparticles in a magneto-optical medium. ► We generate a “spin”-component dark-state polariton. ► Magnetic fields lead to oscillation and free propagation of a dark-state polariton. ► Our approach shows the role of entanglement of degrees of freedom of photons.
