LVV-hemorphin 7 and angiotensin IV in correlation with antinociception and anti-thermal hyperalgesia in rats

► We showed clear anti-hyperalgesia by LVV-H7 and Ang IV at spinal level in rats. ► We showed clear anti-hyperalgesia by LVV-H7 at supraspinal level in rats. ► Centrally given LVV-H7 and Ang IV have no effect on nociception in normal rats. ► Centrally given LVV-H7 and Ang IV have no effect on paw edema in rats. ► There was no change of LVV-H7 serum level during the development of hyperalgesia.
