New azaspiracids in Amphidomataceae (Dinophyceae)

► Four new AZAs with a characteristic m/z 348 fragment were detected in plankton. ► Three species previously described as non-toxic are producers of these AZAs. ► Mass spectrometric data were used to structurally characterize the 4 AZAs.
