Study of possible combined toxic effects of azaspiracid-1 and okadaic acid in mice via the oral route

► At first, oral LD10 and LD50 of okadaic acid and azaspiracid-1 were determined in mice. ► Pathological effects were restricted to the gastrointestinal tract. ► No enhanced toxicity of combined oral exposure to OA and AZA1 was seen.
