Co-exposure of Fusarium mycotoxins: In vitro myelotoxicity assessment on human hematopoietic progenitors

► We assessed in vitro myelotoxicity of mycotoxins in co-exposure using human CFU-GM. ► Co-exposure of CFU-GM to DON + BEA resulted in synergistic myelotoxic effects. ► The couple DON + T-2 presented synergistic or additive myelotoxic effects. ► DON + ZEA, T-2 + ZEA and BEA + ENB had additive myelotoxic effects. ► The combination of DON + FB1 showed antagonistic myelotoxic effects.
