La dignidad del matrimonio en el siglo XXI. Amor como paradigma

ResumenLa autora aborda el estudio de la concepción del matrimonio en el siglo XXI como derecho humano fundamental, pronunciando el valor y la dignidad de todos los seres humanos, sin discriminación alguna y su autodeterminación. Discurre sobre la naturaleza jurídica del matrimonio en cuanto institución y contrato, abordando a partir de éste el análisis de los motivos y fines matrimoniales, así como el fenómeno de los matrimonios por complacencia; asimismo, analiza y reflexiona que es importante informar a los futuros cónyuges que el amor es el valor que sustenta la permanencia del matrimonio y el cumplimiento de sus fines, en el siglo XXI.

The author studies the perception of marriage in the twenty first century, as a fundamental human right, declaring the value and dignity of all human beings, without any discrimination and its self-determination. The author analyzes the legal nature of marriage as an institution and as a contract, addressing an analysis of the reasons and purposes of marriage, and the phenomenon of arranged marriages (matrimonios por complacencia). Thereupon, she studies and reflects on the importance to inform the future spouses that love is the value that sustains the permanence of marriage and the fulfillment of its purposes in the twenty first century.
