Outcomes after magnetic resonance imaging in patients with pacemakers and defibrillators and abandoned leads

- In patients with CIEDs and abandoned leads, there were no adverse events after MRI.
- No cases of thermal injury were reported, with abandoned lead length up to 58 cm.
- There were no significant changes in impedance or threshold of connected leads.
