Человек разрушенного мира в поэзии второй эмиграции (Дмитрий Кленовский и Иван Елагин)

In this article the author discusses the poetry of two representatives of the second wave of emigration, Dmitrii Klenovskii and Ivan Elagin. Though different in many respects – Elagin's poetry shows a considerably larger variety than Klenovskii's –, common central themes are the loss of the fatherland and of man in a destroyed world. The author also explores links with predecessors in the emigration, such as Georgii Ivanov, Ivan Bunin and Ivan Shmelev.
