World Health Organization estimates 285 million people to be visually impaired worldwide. Out of which 39 million are blind and 246 have low vision. However, they are not travelling at the same rate as people without disabilities and the public, stakeholders and the government have the right to address the difficulties and create an environment for the visually impaired travellers. Although a lot of research has been done regarding disabled people and VITs in particular, there is a rarity of studies focusing on the attitude and perception of VITs in the context of Malaysia and Klang Valley in particular. The result of focus group interview showed mixed reactions from the participants and came out interesting propositions for Klang Valley. The result of the study is useful to provide quality accessible tourism experiences for the people with vision impairment.
