The Importance of Adultʼs Personality Traits and Professional Interests in Career Decision Making

I intend to analyze the contribution of personality traits and professional interests in the career decision making so as to identify those occupations or professions that in agreement with them, for the purpose of increasing work satisfaction and performance. As a result of my investigation, I found out that personality traits and professional interests are relevant whenever adults choose the optimal alternative in their career selection or development.
