Multi Criteria Analysis of the Residential Properties in Antalya Using TODIM Method

Choosing a proper residence can be a one-time decision for most of the people. This difficult task is not only an economic decision but also some social factors can be important on the result. In this study residential location choice problem is handled as a multi criteria decision-making process and TODIM method is used to select the best residential alternative based on both objective and subjective factors.
