The Effective Factors on The Communication Between Students and Faculty Members from Student's Prospective in Birjand University of Medical Sciences

Effective communication between teachers and students is a Key factor to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning process.The aim of study was to identify the effective factors in communication between students and teachers from the student's point of views in Birjand University of Medical Sciences.In this cross sectional study (descriptive), students were participated from different schools in Birjand University of Medical Sciences (BUMS). The results suggest that humanity and ethical aspects of professors as well as their scientific knowledge and teaching styles could enhance the relationship between teachers and students, thereby improve the teaching and learning process.
