The European Civil Law Cooperation

The present material proposes to bring into discussion both several European civil law instruments and legislative acts under elaboration at the level of the European Commission. These tend to eliminate the incompatibility obstacles met with different juridical systems, so that the European citizens can benefit from the justice access, freedom and security. The base of this cooperation consists in mutual agreement between the national juridical authorities of the orders and decisions taken in a member state and the execution and appliance of them in other member state.
