Technical Methods of Comprehensive Transportation Plans in the Airport Economic Zone-taking Xiaogan Airport Economic Zone as a Case

The comprehensive transportation plans are of great significance for the development of airport economic zone. This paper first introduces the background of the development of airport economic zone, and then analyzes its traffic demand characteristics. On the basis of the traffic demands and as the target to promoting economic development, we propose a technology system about comprehensive transportation plans of the airport economic zone in some aspects such as intercity rail, freeway, urban roads, freight transportation channel and public transport system. At last we practice the technology as an example of airport economic zone in Xiaogan.
