On the Ethical Management of the Teaching Profession

In the last two decades, the issue of ethical management has become a constant preoccupation in various institutions, organisations or highly professionalized occupations, as an adaptive response to the requirements of a democratic society. In the teaching profession, ethic regulations are sporadic, dispersed in various normative acts, laws, regulations, standards, internal norms, with no unity or consistence. Our study aims to argue for the idea of the necessity of unifying the requirements of professional ethics in the teaching profession, through a coherent, structured and articulate programme at a national level.
