چکیده انگلیسی

The awareness of the library's role as a mediator between information and user has long been realized by the organization. Information services have been one of the core process which need to be previewed in terms of content, human resources and implementation to suit the user needs from time to time. In view of those related variables, UKM Library has developed the Module of Information Skill Courses. Questionnaires have been used to investigate the user's feedback and comments on the implementation of the course. The findings showed 90.5% of the user agreed that the objectives of the courses have been achieved, 91.1% considered the course content were satisfactory while 82.85% was satisfied with the course management and lastly 93.45% of attendees satisfied with the level of knowledge and commitment of the teaching librarian. As a whole the Information Skill Course of the Library has achieved over 75% customer satisfaction level set by the management. Although the analysis showed a satisfactorily result much can be improved to make the modules creates a greater impact on the student's academic environment and becomes essential component of their learning skills.
