چکیده انگلیسی

All-day kindergartens were founded in Greece in 1997 and are considered to be an innovative institution that meets both the modern educational and social needs of kindergarten children. In order to implement an effective educational program in all-day kindergartens, cooperation and communication between the two kindergarten teachers are required. In the present study we explore the beliefs of 70 kindergarten teachers working in all-day kindergartens, about the conditions, benefits and factors that hinder effective cooperation.
