Knowledge Sharing Model based on Concept Clustering

Knowledge map is one of main tools of knowledge sharing. Focused on the issue of knowledge sharing in organization knowledge management, a knowledge map model used knowledge space triple (knowledge, property, relation) as context is presented, and a concept clustering model and algorithm of knowledge map is given to build knowledge map and the Hasse diagram. In the knowledge map constructed by concept clustering, knowledge and its relations are well organized and described, and it is efficient and convenient to search the necessary knowledge in organization knowledge sharing. At last, a case is given to illustrate the application of the proposed model.
