چکیده انگلیسی
▶ GC-MS method was developed for qualify and quantify of triazofos in blood sample. ▶ This method gives combined picture of confirmation and quantification of triazofos. ▶ The correlation between ion formation and dissociation energy were demonstrated. ▶ The LOD and LOQ was 0.351 and 1.17 ngmL−1 respectively with 99% accuracy. ▶ The new ion was isolated at m/z 161 (100%), with 83.9 to 111% recovery on 50V DE.
