Electron impact total ionization cross sections for H2S, PH3, HCHO and HCOOH

► Electron impact ionization for simple targets (HCHO, HCOOH, PH3 and H2S). ► We have used improved complex scattering potential-ionization contribution (ICSP-ic) method for the calculation of Qion. ► The total inelastic cross sections (Qinel) are calculated using SCOP formalism.
