A novel bilayered coordination polymer with nanoporous channels [Ni3(bix)3(PTCO)2 (H2O)4·6H2O]n (1) has been synthesized and the permanent porosity of (1) is confirmed by N2 adsorption isotherm measurement.
A novel porous bilayered coordination polymer has been successfully synthesized, and its structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. By topological approach, the whole structure is a unprecedented 3,4,4-connected network with a Schäfli symbol of (63)2(64·82)2(65·10). PXRD and TGA indicate it is a rare example of a MOF with the framework being sustained after the removal of the guest molecules.Figure optionsDownload as PowerPoint slide
