چکیده انگلیسی
We report discovery of a marine-natural product fascaplysin as a new class of potent P-gp inducer via screening of in-house natural products repository for P-gp modulation activity. To establish structure-activity relationship of this scaffold, medicinal chemistry has been carried out.
