Synthesis of methyl-substituted xanthotoxol to clarify prooxidant effect of methyl on radical-induced oxidation of DNA

Detect the antioxidant effects of Xan, MXan and DMXan on the oxidation of DNA induced by Cu2+/glutathione and peroxyl radical to clarify that methyl attenuated the antioxidant capacity of Xan.
