Lipophilicity of novel antitumour and analgesic active 8-aryl-2,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazine-3,4-dione derivatives determined by reversed-phase HPLC and computational methods

log PHPLC values of novel biologically active 8-aryl-2,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazine-3,4-diones can be regarded as their hydrophobic parameters and these ones were found to be in the range of 0.97-2.63. 1: R = H; 2: R = 2-CH3; 3: R = 4-CH3; 4: R = 2-OCH3; 5: R = 4-OCH3; 6: R = 3-Cl; 7: R = 4-Cl; 8: R = 3,4-Cl2.
