Operation and Energy Efficiency of a Hybrid Air Conditioner Simultaneously Connected to the Grid and to Photovoltaic Panels

The experimental results show that during summer months the average EER of the installation could be close to 14 and the solar contribution of PV panels is about 65%. When the machine works in heating mode the results show that the average COP is around 9 and the solar contribution of PV panels is about 50%.
