A Comprehensive Analysis of the Cogeneration Units to the Thermal System’ Transformation

In order to improve the impacts of the power generation capacity of the heating units which prolonged heating at a low load in the Combined Heat and Power, the reform program of imposing heat exchanger to the thermal system has been proposed in this paper. Besides, we can see the new generating capacity after transformation by thermodynamic analysis and the impacts of the coal consumption, etc. In addition, the changes of the resistance characteristics in water supply system were analyzed. It also analyzes the optimal operation of the feed pump when the running water system is inefficient due to variable flow. Therefore, in the case of an owned power plant, we have made a comprehensive evaluation to the economic benefits of the new thermal system.
