The Energy-saving Benefit Evaluation Methods of the Grid Construction Project Based on Life Cycle Cost Theory

With the quickly increasing of the Chinese economics, the energy consumption is also rapidly increased by the projects constructing and implementing. The energy-saving about projects has become a hot academic issue. Based on the whole life cycle assessments of project, a new economics evaluation method which considered the energy-saving is proposed. Compared with traditional economic assessment method, the new method not only saves the cost of whole life cycle but also reduce the resource consumption of construct projects. Through case study, a new method will greater optimize the economic benefits and energy-saving with the further rise of energy prices.
