Equilibrium of Distribution Network Facilities: Problem Formulation and Application

This paper undertakes the problem of determining the equilibrium capacity of facilities in the distribution network, which means taking balanced use of facilities in the power system under operational constraints. Then, economic capacity and availability of the facilities can be assessed respectively. A formulation is given and test results on IEEE 16-bus system are included.
