Energy-saving Effectiveness and Prediction in Hebei Province

This article evaluated the energy effeciency in Hebei Province using some indicators such as comprehensive energy consumption, efficiency of energy transformation. Then it makes a comparative analysis about the HeBei Province's status in the country's energy conservation. The final part of the paper predicts energy consumption indicators in HeBei province from 2009 to 2013.
