Kirchhoff type problems in RNRN with radial potentials and locally Lipschitz functional

In this paper, we consider the Kirchhoff type problem with radial potentials and locally LipschitzLipschitz functional and there is no subcritical growth and no Ambrosetti–Rabinowitz type condition. This is in contrast with some recent papers concerning similar problems.
