Asymptotic growth bounds for the Vlasov–Poisson system with a point charge

We study classical solutions to the Cauchy problem for a positive Vlasov–Poisson plasma interacting with a positive point charge in R3R3. We prove a growth bound about the size of the velocity support of the phase space density.
