On bases of sines and cosines in Sobolev spaces

In this work, perturbed systems of sines and cosines are considered. A method for establishing basicity of these systems in the Sobolev spaces Wp1 is suggested. Therein, specific conditions are not imposed on the perturbation; the basicities of the systems under consideration in the Lebesgue space LpLp are used.
