Null controllability of semilinear parabolic equations via the bilinear control

We are concerned in this paper the null controllability properties of a semilinear parabolic equation governed by the bilinear control. It is worth to point out that the null controllability is proved without any restriction on the growth of the nonlinearity f(x,t,s)f(x,t,s) with respect to the variable ss.
