Exponential stability of hybrid stochastic recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays

In this paper, we consider a class of hybrid Stochastic recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays. By using Razumikhin-type theorem, we not only obtain–almost surely–the exponential stability but also estimate the exponentially convergent rate.
