Flavonoid glycosides from Sclerochiton vogelii

Two new flavonoid glycosides, 7-O-{α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl} luteolin 1 and 7-O-β-d-apiofuranosyl (1 → 2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl luteolin 2, with the known flavone glycoside, 7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl luteolin 3 were isolated from Sclerochiton vogelii (Acanthaceae). Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analyses (UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR). To cite this article: M. Lamidi et al., C. R. Chimie 9 (2006).

RésuméDeux nouveaux hétérosides flavoniques, 7-O-{α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl} lutéoline 1 et 7-O-β-d-apiofuranosyl (1 → 2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl lutéoline 2, avec un hétéroside flavonique connu, 7-O-β-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl lutéoline 3, ont été isolés de Sclerochiton vogelii (Acanthaceae).
