TAREG 2.01/00 project, “Validation of neutron embrittlement for VVER 1000 and 440/213 RPVs, with emphasis on integrity assessment”

► Neutron fluence calculations and fracture toughness test results were upgraded successfully. ► Based on the upgrading new trend curves for neutron irradiation embrittlement were developed. ► RPV integrity analyses was carried out for selected VVER units and plant events in Russia and Ukraine. ► The results showed that RPV integrity can be confirmed for the selected NPPs at the end of design life.
