Ion-cyclotron resonance with streaming bi-Maxwellian distribution

► We study the propagation characteristics of ion-cyclotron waves in Coronal Holes. ► We solve the Vlasov equation for O VI ions with streaming bi-Maxwellian distribution. ► The bulk velocity of the solar wind increases the value of the refractive index.
