An asteroseismic study of the Southern β Cephei star ALS 3721

► Spectroscopic and photometric data of the star ALS 3721 are analyzed. ► Analyses show that the star pulsates with two main frequencies. ► Photometric mode identification is performed. ► We confirmed that ALS 3721 oscillates in the range of Beta Cephei type oscillation.
