New β Cephei variable in the Southern open cluster NGC 6200: ALS 3728

► Spectroscopic and photometric observations of the star ALS 3728 are made. ► Data analyses show that the star pulsates with two main frequencies. ► Photometric mode identification is performed for dominant frequency. ► We proved that ALS 3728 shows Beta Cephei type oscillation.
