⺠Non-collinear magnetic structure of CoFe/Au/Co multilayers was verified. ⺠Complementary methods confirmed the importance of magnetostatic coupling. ⺠Spin reorientation transition of Co83Fe17 layers takes place at thickness of 0.8-1 nm.
