Inclusive lepton production from heavy hadron decay in pp collisions at the LHC

We present predictions for the inclusive production of leptons (e±,μ±e±,μ±) originating from charm and bottom hadrons at the CERN LHC in the general-mass variable-flavour-number scheme at next-to-leading order. Detailed numerical results are compared to data of the CMS, ATLAS and ALICE Collaborations.
