Corticospinal tract-sparing intensity-modulated radiotherapy treatment planning

IMRT plans with diminished doses to the corticospinal tract were attained. This technique enabled us to spare specific neuron fibers as OARs which were formerly “invisible” and to reduce the probability of late morbidities.
