Solution of the Dirac equation in the tridiagonal representation with pseudospin symmetry for an anharmonic oscillator and electric dipole ring-shaped potential

► We provide a new anharmonic oscillatory noncentral potential. ► The pseudospin symmetry for this potential is studied with a tridiagonalization program. ► The discrete spectrum is obtained. ► The algebraic properties of the energy spectrum are discussed.
